Post-Maintenance Updates Summary
Following our recent maintenance session, we are pleased to announce the successful implementation of several key updates to the Studio application. The servers were restarted during this period to ensure that all changes were effectively applied. These updates are in line with our commitment to enhancing user experience and addressing issues identified in our Monday studio application reviews.

Feed/Upload Enhancements
- Updated Content Posting Feature: We have improved the content posting process when uploading from the group feed. Now, the group is automatically selected as the default privacy option for the content, streamlining the sharing process and aligning privacy settings with user expectations more effectively.
User Interface Improvements
- New Toast Notification for Unsaved Data: To enhance user experience and reduce the risk of data loss, a new toast message has been introduced. This notification alerts users when they attempt to leave a page with unsaved changes, serving as a crucial reminder to save their progress.
Proofing and Quality Control Fixes
- Resolved QC Workflow Bug: A bug in the proofing process has been fixed. Previously, upon QC decline, the status of the previous media was incorrectly changing to "editing." This issue has been corrected, and the status now appropriately reflects "completed," ensuring a more accurate and reliable quality control process.
Email Notification System Updates
- Updated Email Notifications for Comments on Deleted Media: We have refined the email notification system. Users will now receive updated notifications regarding comments on deleted media, ensuring they stay informed and engaged even when specific media content is no longer available.
