We are excited to announce the latest updates to the Marketscale Studio application. This release includes a series of enhancements and fixes across various features such as Upload, Record, Conversation, Proofing, Editor Flow, QC, Emails, and Transcriptions. Our team has focused on redesigning workflows, improving user interfaces, and addressing specific issues to enhance your overall experience on the platform.

Updates and Enhancements:

• Feature Enhancements:

  • Invite Members Update: We have completely rebuilt and redesigned the flow for inviting new users, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. This update is aimed at streamlining the process of expanding your team within our platform.

• Dashboard and User Interface:

  • Search Icon Responsiveness: Fixed an issue where the search icon became unresponsive after typing input, ensuring a smoother and more reliable search experience on the dashboard.

  • Space Reduction Between Buttons: On the staging environment, we've reduced the space between the "Request Edit Now" and "Proofing" buttons, enhancing the layout and user navigation.

• Tagging and Templates:

  • Proofing Button on Tags Results Page: Addressed the missing proofing button on the tags results page, ensuring that users have full functionality when working with tags.

  • Template Deletion and Editing: Resolved an issue where deleted templates remained accessible and editable, ensuring that template management is consistent and reliable.

• Editing and Proofing:

  • Expert Editing Queue: Improved the Responded section of the expert editing queue to show the editing status clearly, enhancing the review process for users.

  • Cover Image Replacement: Fixed a bug where the video continued playing in the background after canceling or saving a new cover image and closing the window, ensuring a more seamless editing experience.

• User Form Enhancements:

  • Mandatory Fields Indication: Added asterisks to mandatory fields in the users' edit form, providing clearer guidance on required information for user profile updates.

• Transcriptions and Hotfix:

  • Podcast Transcription Temporarily Disabled: As a hotfix, we have temporarily disabled podcast transcriptions while we make necessary improvements. This is a proactive step to ensure the quality and reliability of this feature.
