What's New in This Update:

• Edit Request Form Enhancements: We've implemented a new validation rule that requires a minimum word count for edit request submissions from MS Admins and Super Admins. This change is aimed at ensuring that the submissions provide adequate detail and context, facilitating a more efficient editing process.

• Editing Queue Update: A new submission limit has been introduced for MS Admins and Super Admins by the organization in the editing queue. This feature is designed to optimize the editing workflow and manage the volume of edit requests effectively.

• HelpDesk System Overhaul: We've upgraded our HelpDesk system and widget to a new, more robust system, enhancing our support capabilities and user experience. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to provide timely and effective assistance to our users.

• QC Queue and Email Notifications: Enhancements to the QC Queue include the addition of new email notifications to improve communication and workflow:

  • Edit Request Completion Notification: An email is now sent to the original requester of the edit when a version is approved, informing them that their edit request is complete.

  • Version Completion Alert for QC: When a version is uploaded, an email notification is sent to all MS Admins associated with the organization, indicating that the version is complete and ready for QC.
