Video and Thumbnail Issues

• Thumbnail Display Issue: Some videos are not displaying any thumbnails. This is a widespread issue affecting various videos.
• Thumbnail Hover Issue [Proofing]: Media (video) previews are not showing when hovering from 1 to 15 seconds on the video player bar.

Administrative Updates

• Update for DMS: Now, Superadmins and MSAdmins have the capability to browse any organization, even if they aren't a part of it. This enhancement is crucial for administrative oversight and support.

Quality Control and User Interface

• QC and Queue Issue: There was an instance where a task was rejected in Quality Control and then doubled in the queue. We're investigating this to prevent future occurrences.
• Microphone Options Overload: We've noticed an excessive number of microphone options available, including a Microsoft one. A review and potential simplification of these options are underway.

Course Builder and Conversation Enhancements

• [Course Builder] UI Overlap Issue: We're addressing an issue where the Title is impacting Profile Info and the Draft button is merging with the Close button.
• [Conversation] Layout Improvement: Efforts are underway to increase space between the Subject and the Subject's section for better readability and user experience.

Upload and Compatibility

• [Upload] HEIF and HEIC Thumbnail Issue: Thumbnails for HEIF and HEIC files are not displaying correctly during the upload process. We're working on ensuring compatibility and proper display of these file formats.
